Belvedere Tennis Club: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy for Tennis Lessons and Clinics

At Belvedere Tennis Club, we understand that schedules can change. However, to ensure fair and effective use of court time and instructor availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for all tennis lessons and clinics:

48-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or clinic to avoid any charges.

No Penalty for Replacements: If you are unable to attend but can find another person to take your spot, no penalty will be applied. Please notify Anoosh in advance with the name of the replacement.

Exceptions: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or injury, please inform us as soon as possible. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
